Are your apartments pet-friendly?
Yes, we love pets! We have a pet policy in place, so please check in with your leasing office to find out more details.
Do you charge for parking?
Absolutely not, parking is free! We feel that parking should come with your apartment.
Do you have any amenity fees?
No! At Premier Developments sites, we do not nickel and dime you to use the gym, pool, or any of our other amenities.
Do you have an option for extra storage?
Most of our communities have optional storage units available for a nominal fee. Please check in with your leasing offices for details.
Do you have full time maintenance staff and leasing staff at your communities?
All of our communities are staffed with a full time leasing member(s), and most offices are open 7 days a week to accommodate your move in. The maintenance staff is on call 24/7 for any unexpected issues.
What amenities are available?
Most sites have a pool, a gym, a playground, a business center, and a clubhouse. Feel free to inquire about any specific amenities offered at our communities.
