What is your Parking Policy?

Parking is included in your monthly rent at all of our communities, with
additional covered garage parking available for rent at select locations.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, pets are welcome at all of our communities! We do have a 50lb weight limit
for dogs, and some breeds are restricted for safety reasons. Contact our leasing
teams for more information on specific breed restrictions.

Do you offer any Amenities?

Amenities are included in your monthly rent at all of our communities. Common
amenities include Clubhouses, Fitness Centers, playground areas for kids, and
seasonal pools (in select communities).

Does your community offer EV Charging?

Yes, we offer options for electric vehicle charging, including EV charging stations
and EV-ready garages in our townhomes or garage rentals.

Community Policies

Is this a Smoke-Free Community?

Yes, all Premier Communities are smoke-free, ensuring a clean and healthy living
environment for all residents.

Are there any HOA or Amenity fees?

No, all amenities are included in your monthly rent. Premier Communities also
handle property maintenance, snow removal, and landscaping at no additional
cost to you.

Maintenance & Rent Payments

Do you have on-site maintenance?

Yes! Our dedicated full-time maintenance teams are available Monday through
Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. We also offer 24/7 emergency maintenance for
after-hours emergencies.

Can I pay rent online?

Yes! All residents are enrolled in our RentCafé portal, where you can make rent
payments, submit service requests, view account history, and more!
